LuckyClausSlots User Agreement

Effective Date: December 3, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to LuckyClausSlots ("we," "our," or "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and LuckyClausSlots governing your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to this Agreement on your behalf.
• You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Account Registration

• Account Creation: You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One Account: You may only maintain one account per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all associated accounts.

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Cheat, use automation software ("bots"), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Service or the game experience.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose, including advertising or solicitation, without our express written consent.
• Harass, abuse, harm, or violate the rights of other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our computer systems.
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses or malicious code.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the Service.

6. Virtual Items and Rewards

• The Service may include virtual in-game items or currencies ("Virtual Items") and opportunities to earn rewards ("Rewards").
• You acknowledge that Virtual Items and Rewards have no monetary value and are not redeemable for real money, except as explicitly permitted by the Service's redemption options and terms.
• Virtual Items and Rewards are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items and Rewards at any time, with or without notice to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, graphics, user interfaces, scripts, software, and the overall "look and feel," is the property of LuckyClausSlots or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKYCLAUSSLOTS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKYCLAUSSLOTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you breach this Agreement or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
